Looking at the head charts i dont see too much in the way of better heads to increase compression for my '59 fairlane. Is milling or pistons my only choice for any good gain? I'd like to go an honest 9 to 9.5 I may just go McCulloch if that is the only route without tearing too far into the shortblock. It isnt that i'm scared to tear into it, I just hate to have to tear down a good running 60k mile motor to get a little pep.
