Put some spacers between the seat frame and track in the front to lean it back some.

I assume its a two door,. Push the back of the seat forward, and you will see a little stop on the lower seat, shim the stop or make a new one.

Maybe a dumb question but is there any way to adjust the angle of the back rest on a single piece power bench chair on a 55 Fairlane? Kinda surprised there's no lever to adjust it forward or back. But the back leans so far back that I'm usually sitting forward in the seat off the backrest.
