Mark: Sorry I'm late responding, I got no response from Special Interest Parts after 3 days. I've now e mailed D. Carpenter, thanks. I've been around the Mulberry Bush for over three weeks locally & otherwise, trying to find these little parts! Oddly, the matching Horn Wire Terminal Support & Wire, is listed by about 4 suppliers & I found it used locally, but not the Horn Brush & Insulator. Frustrating!..

Hello Paul,I know what you mean about some of his prices.I had a good experience with him in January. He was able to supply me with dual exhaust ,inlet pipes,2 NOS mufllers and 2 newly made tailpipes(from original pipe pattern)for my 56 Fairlane.Total cost $300.00 plus tax. He's about 1 1/2 hours from me so I was able to pickup.Talk about inventory.I think he has more parts than Ford.If you get Old Auto's newspaper he has a large ad this month. He is winding down the business after 40 years and selling off joblots of parts.Buy 1000 shocks-$3.00 ea.Buy all for $2.00 ea.Anyway I don't know if you are aware Dennis Carpenter has a very large inventory of NOS parts. When I punched in your number it shows up on his list.He may or may not have it and no prices are ever shown online.Email-info@denniscarpenter.com.Try him too and good luck.Regards Mark

Mark: I've e mailed them with my fingers crossed that they may have it & that I can live with the price. I was referred to them once before about another part, which they had, but the price was out of the park. It was about the same cost to get a new one from the U.S. imported thru a local supplier. Anyway, thanks for the info..

Paul,You may try Special Interest Carsfor that part#.He has the biggest stock of obsolete Ford parts in Canada.Email-sic@bellnet.ca or phone 905-844-8063.He would have it under the original # if he does have it.Regard Mark

I need the "horn brush & insulator parts" (or kit) part #B8A-13A821-A that fits on the bottom of the steering wheel & connects to the horn wire terminal support & wire in the column. (the part is described as a short spring with a connector tip on each end & a plastic sleeve insulator) That part number is discontinued by Ford of Canada.. However, it has been suggested to me that the same parts may have been used in 1960 or even 70s full sized Fords. Can anyone confirm this? If so, could the part number have been altered to start with a "C" or "D.? Note, this part is not found on pre 58 Fords. Any info appreciated. Thanks

Paul
