Anyone know how close a 352 crankshaft flange is to a 292? Bolt circle and center hole. Thanks.

Not close. Larger bolt circle, flange, and pilot hole. John

Were you thinking about putting an FE flywheel on a Yblock?

Wondering how close they were. My questioned has been answered, Thanks. Other brands (not to be named here) kept things pretty much the same but it looks like Ford did not during this time period. Someone may have done it or know how.
A BBC 168 tooth can be redrilled for a 50's GMC 270-302 6 cylinder or if one can be found before the drilling which does not have a concentric circle. Stranger things can happen. A fellow in Oregon with redrill a starter flex-plate for the GMC also and include plate so a later auto trans can be used and of course all the adapter guys, Flat-O, Wilcap, Bendsten, etc have new flex-plates
