The positive side goes to the hot lead from the ignition switch/ resistor. The negative (minus) side is attached to the distributor.

Gerry - don't change a thing - if you cleaned it up she would know something was afoot and start complaining again!!!  - she would want the old smells back!

Daniel The thing I noticed the most was the odors in the garage were not even noticeable any more. My wife quit complaining.. Gerry

Yes There are no dumb questions - only dumb answers from time to time! I've almost got my PVC upgrade and "B" intake with new carb (and linkage for the Fordo!) finished. We'll see how it turns out. Dan
