I've got the factory camshaft specs for the '58 Mercury 383 and the Lincoln / T-Bird 430 and the camshafts between these two engines are indeed ground differently with the 430 camshaft having more intake duration than the 383 grind.  So now I'm trying to determine exactly which camshaft is in the Edsel 410 MEL engine or if it had a grind all its own.

Any help in getting me the opening and closing specs for the 410 Edsel engine is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
