Can someone tell me what is correct size and length of the stud bolts used on the cast aluminum valve covers for y block. Now the +. What is the preferred gasket to get, and best place to purchase?

I don't know the length, but you can get the correct studs from the TBird parts suppliers, like CASCO.

The stud is 5/16.

I know there longer then standard but can’t find lenght

The T-Bird valve cover stud is 5/16-18 X 5/16-24 X 4 1/8".  Standard stud is 3 3/4".
