The numbers do not mean anything to me. A quick measurement of the intake and exhaust lobe lifts with a micrometer or dial caliper will at least be a starting point if the camshaft is sitting outside of the engine. Easy enough the reverse the advertised duration, the 0.050” duration, and the lobe centerline using either a cam doctor or just putting the camshaft in a block and doing an actual measurement for those values. Maybe someone else may have a clue as to those identifying numbers.

Darrell, considering your friend does not know what he has, I have to conclude that he didn't buy it but discovered it upon removing it from his engine. Trying to identify it by those numbers is most likely equivalent to "finding a needle in a haystack." Maybe the person who sold the car/engine to him knows.
