100-105 lbs of seat pressure will prove to be more than adequate. I end up removing the inner springs (not the dampers) on quite a few of the stock applications in which to get the seat and over the nose pressures within a more reasonable limit.

This came up a year or more ago. On a Isky E-4 260 degree .425 lift (with 1.54 rockers), they recommend dual damper 135 lb seat 285 open pressures. Some of you guys said that was too much. I agree, but what would be some minimum pressures on a motor with this cam and 1.43 rockers? Peak rpm 4700.
