The way I would go about it is basically the same as the FYB.
The road draft tube is located @ the front of the engine. The valley cover is the same basic design as the FYB. You would simply modify the valley pan as the FYB PCV COVER (rear valve mount) and supply the vacuum signal with a carb spacer with vacuum tube outlet.
The front mounted oil filler/road draft tube would be modified (using expansion plug to block open road draft tube) to make the actual road draft tube non-functional but to still have the filler tube for function/appearance.
