Where are the 55 HT'S? I have only seen a couple of them over all the years of going to and or putting on our my own local shows. Always have plenty of Crowns, 56 HT'S & 55 &56 posts. Went to Carlisle in Oct., none, did some west coast shows last spring, none, & all the major shows here in Wisconsin, again none. Is the car rare, ugly or just not many left. I've seen some in the CVA newsletters occasionally. When I pull into the shows I'm always the only 55 HT there, even at one of our Ford shows, I was the only 55 HT there. Is there a site where I can find out how many are registered in the US. Just curious to see how many there are out there, not complaining, it feels good to pull into a show and be the only one there. Enough rambling on, just wondering, Gary.

Vickey: Yes, 55 Victoria's are seldom seen here in western Canada either. About a year and a half ago a local had one for sale asking $22000 for it. It had all the extras including what was advertised as factory Air conditioning. Red & white like yours, but there was some bubbling on the body in a few places. It was nice, but I couldn't see it at that price. It seems that the ravages of time have taken most of them away & then of course, they like so many other mid 50s cars, are victims of a chronic condition called, tri five Cheby-itis...

You think you're the only one there. I just went to Turkey Run in Daytona and there were nearly 5,000 cars there and I had the only '56 Customline Victoria in the whole place ...

Doing Fords for 45 years. '56 Customline Victoria
