There was a man named Johnson that was casting new ram horn's for the y-block ford. He had a add in the Y-BLOCK magazine.  His new ones were the same costs as the old ones on ebay.

Tom: Be sure that the rams horns are the correct ones. The big trucks (F700-800) used lincoln engines and the rams horns from them will not fit a 292/312. To make sure you have the YBlock ones (292/312) look at the holes that mount the manifolds to the block. They should be straight across. The Lincoln ones had the holes angled.

I have a pair of rams horn manifolds on mine.  They fit well in a '61.  Pictures are in my profile.  Just click on the truck.

NATIONAL PARTS DEPOT has headers listed for 54-64 F100's with the Y Block. They are made by PATRIOT and are available painted ($199.95) or ceramic coated ($399.95). They have 15/8" primary and 3" collectors. Also RED'S and SANDERSON'S have headers for F100's. John Mummert is advertising that he will have repop rams horns available soon. The price of a good used set of rams horns on Ebay has gone through the roof. Hope this helps.

Rams Horns were used on bigger Ford trucks. They supposedly fit very good on pickups. They seem to be on ebay quite often, but usually they usually go for a good buck. Look under Y Block on ebay.

Is there any alternative to stock exhaust manifolds on a 64 f100,292? I thought I saw a rams horn manifold on one somewhere, but I cant find it now. Headers that came down near the center of the heads would work also. Thanks and Happy New Year!
