This Pic came off Slepe67's HAMB thread that, all and all, is pretty entertaining about the Y Block. 

I think pics of these heads have appeared earlier but not a more or less complete engine. The heads do not seem to be overhead cam at least there is no obvious cam drives. Notice that the valves are spaced IEIEIEIE and intake ports are not over and under.  That was typical of Argentine design. 

 Frank is that your ReBop Cover and Water Pump? What is that thing on the side where the fuel pump goes?

Is this engine in the Speedway Museum in Lincoln NB?
