Good Mornin' guys;; Sure like my Sandersons, work well, look well, and Fit well. Their design (for tbird) goes over the steering col, then down into exhaust pipe. Used them with stock ex. manifolds-- also used them with Flaming River rack and pinion--- did not like the rack so changed to saginaw power steering box which is just right. Sandersons fit thru all of these changes. Just info-- maybe will help someone. Thanks everyone for all the info that flows!!! God Bless Eddie

Ted (4/4/2009) The 312 dyno mule I’m putting together is not far from being ready to do some testing and one of the first items on the agenda is some header testing. If I had a set of Fenton’s here (on loan of course) when test time comes, those can be tested against the stock exhaust manifolds. Besides a variety of tube headers to test, plans also include testing both the 1956 and 1957 manifolds just for a comparison between those two so a pair of Fentons added into the fray would be good. I can talk to him and see if he'll loan us a pair. Not sure if the test on one of your engines would equate to the results on a near stocker though.

Frank/RebopThe header and exhaust testing will be performed on a 060 over 312 that’s going to be close to stock other than the camshaft and the intake manifold. The heads are unposted G’s with minimal port work as this is the engine that is initially planned to be used for aluminum head testing. Use of this engine for testing is by design as it mimics the modifications performed by many end users in their daily drivers.

I have a set you can use as well. The only functional problem with mine is that the holes at the exhaust pipe flange are pretty rough. One is stripped if I'm remembering right. I just used a nut and bolt to hold it together.

If someone is going to re cast new Fenton's, it might be worth their while, to try and improve the flow some. Given the small market, an improved product would be a lot more likely to sell..

I bid 400 dollars on these things thinking that was way too much and that I might get them for less than that. Surprise, surpise. Just think that for another 800 dollars this fool could have purchased the Paxton supercharger kit, and really had something. There is one born every second.
