McQuay-Norris still makes brake parts, or did. Saw a box with that name at an independent auto parts store recently.

McQuay was an old time hard parts supplier, I believe out of St. Louis.  They had engine and chassis parts lines parallel with the NAPA parts of the time.  I would guess the cam is a re-boxed Melling, NAPA had one with 105 in the parts number.  I ran a Melling years ago, don't know what the number was, but it was a great street cam.  Wish I had a boxfull of them now.  It was marketed as a "3/4" cam, that's how long ago I bought it.

McQuay is a new one on me too.  .295 lobe lift would be .422 valve lift with 1.43 rocker, minus .019 lash for net lift of .403. 

There apparently were quite a few different cam grinders in the early days.  I have a Bowman brand .460 adv. lift 260 duration cam nobody has heard of.

I've never heard of McQuay cams.
