9 oclock when looking at the back of the wheel 3 oclock when the wheel is on the column in the straight ahead position.

9 oclock here is different depending on where in the world you are some countrys are behind us lol.

I just switched steering wheels on my 56.I had to install the cam from old one to the replacement.I put it on with the "öpen"side facing right in the straight ahead position but it won't cancel on a partial turn as the old one did.Is the "open" side supposed to be facing to the left to start with?Got turning the wheel over and maybe put it on wrong way.Thanks
