If no one knows of any, just start calling machine shops and ask. They don't have to have experience. They just have to be willing to do research so that they don't mess things up. If they sound at all like they don't want to do it, then don't force them.

Well I have found a shop for my G heads. They have y exp, including a huge 430 Lincoln he showed me in their assembly room.

As a side note, it would be nice if this site had an area where members could post their experience with comments regarding shops in their area.

This site is a great opportunity to educate tommorows y blocker on component selection, tips & tricks, but let's face it most of us do not have a machine shop at our finger tips like the lucky few who get to play with y blocks & others for a living!



Side note: the Lincoln has a roller cam... Huge intake ports. Crank driven p/s pump, & lots of character if you have never seen one.
