hey everyone i've been meaning to ask yall but do you know if this is factory? i would like to remove it seeing how the car is now living in jacksonville fl. it came from northern nebraska i dont know what hoses are suppossed to be where would you remove it?

here is the paint code thing this one is on the cowl there is another on the fender it says 119

is that all it is is a paint code?
