I saw the same roadster at the Beaterville show in Louisville on Mem Day weekend.  The engine is a more or less stock 292 except for the manifold and headers.  The owner says he gets a lot of people who just do not know what the engine is. 

BTW the body of that car is in white like the model A on the cover of R & C. The roadster is kept from rusting with WD 40!
