I may have come across a good deal on a 57 Town Victoria.I haven't seen it yet but I will in the next few days.The letters at the beginning of the VIN indicate the original engine size the same as 55 and 56 don't they?

PW: Keep in mind that after 52 yrs, the original engine code could now be meaningless. However, I'm interested in what the car turns out to be like, as that's the model I have. A 500 version is a model 57-A. Major problem areas with them is the window channels & mechanisms etc.

The engine codes for 57 changed up somewhat from the prior years. They are as follows: A – 6 cyl 223 B - 8 cyl 272 2V C - 8 cyl 292 2V D - 8 cyl 312 4V E - 8 cyl 312 8V F - 8 cyl 312 Supercharged
