Hey Charlie...
I know Columbus is a road trip for you guys, but I am sure everybody would be thrilled if you guys could make it...but if not, we just need to make a road trip to one of your races in the near future.
Yep, we are **planning*** on a little more boost this year, we now have the engine parts to hold up to it. Last year we were still on the original 40K mile engine

So hopefully the updates will help us out a little.
Currently it is getting the H-beam Rods, Forged pistons...top secret stroker upgrade, big valve heads, a "turbo specific" camshaft and a much needed rebuild.
Dad has already installed an electric fuel pump with return line style regulator...last year we were loosing fuel pressure past the 1/8th mile traps...not good on a turbo motor's air/fuel ratio...so we had to lift a little so it would still drive us all the way back home

.
He also has some upgraded suspension in the rear to help the launch, as well as a few other surprises in store....but rest assured the "re-bar" shifter is still in the truck

Say hello to the family from the "Alabama gang"!!! Hope to talk to ya soon!
