Thank you guys for all your advice.  I am going to try this one and see how it runs.  I do like the looks of the triple carbs and it is not about proformance as much as the look.  It is only a cruiser if I do not like how it runs or if i can not get it to run right I will go back to the 4 barrell.  I hooked up the vacuum lines to the port in the middle of the manifold and ran it back to the fire wall I teed off back there and hooked the brake vacuum and the dizzy to it.  I am hopping that will work out okay.

Shawn: the point made by Dennis is important. If the intake is for the 56 & later engines, the port match up will not be good. Also, is that intake an Offenshauser? If so, along with the other changes required, you might want to rethink your decision to replace your 4 barrel. Unfortunately, with that make of intake, other than the "look", you are unlikely to gain any performance for the expense & trouble involved.

I was going to put a picture of my manifold and carb set up as my signture.  I erased the picture of my car but now it will not let me put either back in.

Thank you for all of your advice I will look for a 57 distribtor.  As to the for the manifold with the smaller ports I am not sure.  I was running a 4 barrel manifold before off a 292 it ran great.  I got this one off of ebay I am not sure what it came off of.

Not to discourage you, but do you have the intake with the small ports to fit the 239 heads?

Like has been mentioned, the ’57 and up distributor is the preferred way to go.  But add the following to what’s already been said.

You’ll need to determine exactly which distributor you have.  If it’s the older Load-O-Matic (vacuum operation only), the distributor vacuum line needs to hook to the center carb if you’re using staged or progressive linkage.  If using the Holley 94’s, the distributor vacuum port is already at the front of the carbs and just plug the dist ports on the end carbs.  Hooking up the vacuum line to the intake or a direct vacuum source with a L-O-M is not recommended.

If your distributor is the ’57 and up style and you opt to use the vacuum advance feature of the distributor, then hook the distributor up to a ported vacuum port at the carburetor.  The 94’s don’t have this port in stock form but they can be modified for one.  But recurving the ’57 and up distributor so it relies strictly on the mechanical advance feature and not using the vacuum advance chamber is also an option.

The power brake vacuum line needs to hook to the intake manifold or to a spacer that’s placed under one of the carbs.  The vacuum booster on the fuel pump does not provide an adequate supply of vacuum for a power brake booster that’s going to be used repeatedly in a very short period of time.

If I understand you correctly, you want to hook the vacuum advance directly to the fuel pump.  That will cause you to have full advance all the time, and if it doesn't fire up immediatly, you will even have full advance while you are cranking it, just as soon as the fuel pump makes one stroke.  This will not work right at all.  Heed the advice of others, put a later distributor in it.  You'll have to put the 239 gear on the later one, and change the oil pump and drive rod to a '55 or later.  Also change the cap and rotor to '57 and later.

Shawiverse - You need to hunt up the later style of distributor to go with your new multi-carb set-up. The old distributor won't have any mechanical advance - and I don't think I can predict how the vacuum only Load-o-Matic advance system will behave with the fuel / vacuum pump as the source.
