Have you replaced any wires/pigtails? Maybe the leads are mixed and bulb filaments switched?

is that what is causing the dime light is the ground

Check the ground wire on the driver's side. It's backfeeding through the hot wire to the front (and Rear) lights because the ground is faulty,

ok guys so iv had this problem for a while but never really paid attention to it might be an easy fix might not but ok here i go my driver side tail light when i hit the brakes is low the passenger side brake light brights up real bright but the driver side is real low and my front turn signals the driver side is high and the passenger side is real low what can be causing this problem and what can i do to fix it any help would be great thanks guys
