A little followup on some of the questions asked.

Dennis, please feel free to use the flag for Carlisle and Mason Dixon next year and anything else you do between now and then.

There is a video of the Saturday final shot with Jim & Ted's camera from Harry H's back window.  I only hope that it doesn't show the Green Light I left on for 0.508 seconds before I broke the starting beamDoze I think there is also the Bye Run that I made before then on it & I know Ted had it mounted on his T so there will be some of his runs also.  There should be some good track video.

Charlie and Tony were everywhere the whole weekend and if 1/10 of their pics are posted we will all have a visual feast.  Guys thanks so much for all the time spent not to mention the effort to get to the event in the first place.

I have a listing of all the cars and most of the owner/drivers typed up in Word but I can not get it posted on the site.  If Ted or Jim can tell me how to transfer it to the site I will send it along.

We all ate very, very well there and we owe a big thank you to Barb and Harry Hutton for bringing all the food.  It is amazing that we don't have swarms of other racers trying to get at the great menu we have thanks to them.  And also many thanks to Dianne Leeking for the shooFly pie!!

And Finally what else can you say about Bob Martin but Salud!!

Charlie,

thanks for the video footage. This was one year that I could have gone to the "big Y Block dance" but we had a lady in our church pass away and we had her funeral over the weekend. Duty called. Maybe I can go next year...my labor day weekend schedule has changed from what it has been the past several years.

Dennis, no problem with the old chair, I would not have had room for it anyway. I wound up with a truck load of Ohio yard sale "stuff", all of our luggage had to be pilled up in the back seat. So juess what, bigger truck next year.

Dennis:

I owe your wife a big apology.  I called her by the wrong name all weekend.  Old timers disease, I guess.  Please convey my regrets to her.

Charlie, on the way home, Dianne said I really liked those kids. [Meaning you and Tony] I feel older now if you guys are kids.

Glenn, I think I have your chair. I'll bring it next year.

Doug, I have your flag. Do you need it before next year?

The price looks good but then I'll have to perform all of those modifications, and get a paint job within the next year. I don't have the money for all that within that time frame!
