The mag in the second photo looks as big as a generator!  The only time I've had a magneto was on a high performance Harley Panhead.  Loved it (both the panhead and mag).  Actually ran that bike at the drags one summer.

Yes, the 1st 2, i, havent had a chance to run the maggie or the minimag, i,m going to run vertex mag in new engine. regards bill.
