How many have drilled holes in the lifter boss so oil drops down to the lifter and cam from the valley? Couldn't hurt, and may keep lifter and cam from wearing.

Here are links to past discussions.  Feel free to add to this.

Adding lifter valley holes for camshaft oiling

Drilling additional holes for oiling and/or venting

Valley holes for aiding crankcase evacutation

I'll add that valley holes above each cam lobe have been added to the EMC engine for two reasons.  The first in helping to remove crankcase pressure from the lower end of the block to the top and the second in potentially helping with cam and lifter oiling.
