yeah no kidding.. interesting thing is that supercharger is a McCullough, Just a VS57 off of a Kaiser.. But there is hope for the budget builder.. if you follow the other link to the StreetRodder write-up on it you come to find out that most of that Rod ws built with stuff given, traded, and/or homemade.. now that is a traditional rod..
