No the Licoln rockers have a left and right offset where the Y block rocker is straight. Ratio and shaft dia is the same, and Lincoln stands can be used on a Y for taller valves

Are the lincoln style Y block rocker arm assemblies (279, 317, et al) compatible at all with the 239-312 Ford series of y block?
