The rules committee got back with me regarding the 292 Y-Block and it will not fit the rules in any configuration. As John had mentioned (and read correctly), the factory starting cubic inch has to be 300 or more. And they are going to be steadfast on the limit of 0.035” overbore. So it looks like a 312 combination it will be as that is the only size Y that actually fits the rules.
