My Wife has been bugin me to take a trip to visit her Sister in Hickory, would make the trip worth while. Keep us updated if you pick a date, I would love to attend if the date works. I would be coming from Long Island NY.

I am flexible as to when to have the show. I can get about 100 acres for it so space isnt an issue. Hotels nearby. less than a mile. Any input as to dates would be appreciated. I dont work so any time is good for me. We dont have any big shows in this area so I thought its about time. Hickory is located on I-40 about 1 hour north from Charlotte . Hour  east from Asheville.

Let me know dates that are good and I can check to see if its doable.

Anyone in the NC area interested in having a Y block only car show? I can get a place to have a show but no dragstrip.Would shoot for April '10. Or ? I dont know of any Ys only around here so why not. Place is big enough to have large show and swap meet.  We do have an airport that is shut down maybe something there. This is just a feeler to see if any interest exists.
