Hi,    would a Carter AFB 625 go alright on a street driven 292 or would it be too big? I know there is a lot of different views on the subject of engine and carb size matching. This carby came with a Ford 300/6 Offenhauser twin port manifold I bought several years ago, I never got around to fitting it to the 300 before I sold it so have no experience with this carby. Came with a matching 1" spacer which I think would be an advantage to re-use. Being a F100 bonnect clearance is not a problem. The deciding factor maybe that I already have the Carter and any thing else I would have to buy. Is any body running this combination? good, bad, so so?

cheers Peter
