So I took the plunge on my '56 T-Bird, & replaced my load-o-matic dizzy with a '64 F-100 rebuilt Cardone unit & Pertronix. Now looking around for a reasonable later style B intake & will replace my A intake plus the T-Pot with a Holley 390. The tradeoff in my pursuit for drivability & slight performance enhancement is loss on the cable drive tech of course.

I do however wish to replace my in dash tach with an aftermarket unit. I know some of the T-Birder's here must have done this before. Any suggestions on replacement tachs?

Hey Brian;  Casco has a combo tach and vac. gauge--  fits into the dash and looks good-- made for the T-Bird-- also I find it very useful for tuning.  Just a thought!!   God Bless    eddie
