The CASSCO modification will only work on T-Birds. A new water pump runs around $90-100.

Have one installed/running now. Everything seems OK, but didn't have any overheating, so can't say it's an improvement.

I know that CASCO parts does work like this and they perform a modification to the water pump to improve flow.  I am looking to go this route for my Tbird.  Haven't had any feedback from anyone who has used one of their modified pumps.
