Del Rio:

Take a sample part, like a window frame or the glove box door, to a paint supply store or a body shop that has a spectograph (I think that's the name) to match the color.  If the original has a slightly less glossy finish than the exterior, I think they can add a flattener to the paint also.

I had the same problem with a Bermuda Blue 56.The interior trim was a little darker than the exterior.I finally found the answer to the scarcity of that interior paint.Ford had to come up with a special batch of paint for a run of police cars for the Cheyenne Wyoming police dept.It was named Cheyenne Blue.A mistake in ordering or production left Ford with a huge oversupply of this paint,so they used it in the interior of some Bermuda Blue cars.It doesn't show up in any paint books,as far as I was able to determine.Maybe they still had some of it in 57.

Try the 1957Ford.com site. It may be be in their interior specs section. Or join the site & post a question. The site tends to be slow but you may get a reply..

I'm having trouble with finding what color paint code the inside of my ranch wagon is. The outside is seamist blue and colonial white. But the dash and rear section is a darker blue. The trim code is X. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
