yep, got the catalog, looked at those pages many times, but was kinda looking for someone in the "real world" to hear from...

not quite the chore I had anticipated... only had to use a GBF screwdriver one time!  couple of bloody knuckles and at the end of the day, one window unit has been removed, cleaned up and ready for new "fuzzies"/weatherstripping.  with the shop manual in hand, it can be done... well, it can be taken out... we'll see about re-install in a few days when the w/stripping items are ordered and arrive.
