ECZ-B is made with the correct bolt pattern for the "new" standard Holley(and others) 4 bbl carb. It was produced for 1957 to go with the new style Holley carb which was first available from Ford. Standard bolt pattern and improved runner design. The "A" manifold uses only the original "teapot" pattern although an adapter can be purchased. The "A" is 56 with the choke on the carb as opposed to the 55 with the choke stat on the manifold with a long link to the choke butterfly on the carb.

I have a ECZ 9425 A intake, but I hear the ECZ 9425 B is better. Any thoughts? Also, from what year is the ECZ 9425 A?
