I made it 3/4 of an inch.It worked OK.I put it on a friend's car and he's put a lot of miles on it.

Just about time to bolt the intake onto the y block on the test stand. Does anybody have a lead on a phenolic spacer for the holley teapot? It does not have to be tapped for PCV. Has anyone ever made one out of wood?? If so, what type?
