I had a distributor that had the Duraspark conversion by Dave's HEI in Nevada. He drills and taps the reluctor in between 2 of the arms of the star and holds it in place with a set screw. about #8-32tpi.

Looked around and don't have a roll pin to measure.

The roll pin is about 1/16 - 3/64 - get a few sizes at the hardware store and snip them down to length. There isn't any torque to deliver  - it just needs to clamp itself on the shaft, down against the stop.

The slots are 180° apart on the shiney replacement reluctors I get at NAPA - the gadget won't care which one you use.

If you get in a bind for info - PM me and I'll help you any way I can.Smile

Dont know what the size is, but you might get lucky at a Ford dealer. We used to lose them all the time and have to get one from parts. Maybe one in your area has one hidden away somewhere.
