Learn something new every day...

My friend who rebuilt me engine shocked me today when he yelled at me that I should never use long life rad fluid...the red stuff in a rebuilt Y block. He says that the felpro gaskets he used have turned to mush when used with red long life fluid...Felpro says that if the engine called for green fluid when built...then use green fluid after rebuilding...

I thought that others might find this interesting..
