I would suggest you purchase the 55 Ford O Matic manual. All the pictures, diagrams and adjustments are in there.

I will be using a 2 bbl. with the F O M - the shop manual for 1955 does

not cover automatics and I am lost as to where to start.

I am about to install my 292 in a 1955 Crown Vic - the transmissin i want to use is a F O M 1955 air cooled ,- I need the shift linkage, and have never seen the hook up , so don't know how the " kick down " hooks into the carb linkage, - wonder if any body knows where i could finda set so we can get to running !!

I am new to the Mount Vernon, Wa. area and wonder if there are any

" Y " blockers in this area  ???  Neil  Vicky 55
