The first one turned out to be a 272 but I found a 292 from a 62 galaxie and will be getting the COM too,I am thinking about using the 272 along with a T10 4 speed in a fenderless roadster or possibly finding a non running 55 or 56 to put it in and resell so I can finance the Y block build or get a 54 to 60 p/u to play with.  A friend just bought a new house with a big garage I can store then in so they wont have to sit outside and get ruined untill I use them and you can never have too many extra motors laying around and it looks like I will be getting a 351-C motor too.

Hey Jeff, if that 62 has the 3 speed COM with alum bellhousing, I am interested in buying the bellhousing if you are interested in selling or trade for something that I have.

I will let you know when I get it home,I am not sure if I am going to use the COM or the FMX I have.  What ever trans I use I am going to use a air cooled FOM bellhousing so if anyone looks under the car it will look somewhat original if I dont go with a manual trans.
