Also, I've found out that it only works when you use Explorer. Mozilla firefox doesn't allow pictures to be uploaded.

To post first go to message screen and enter message  then click on heading that looks like a mountain with the sun above it. That is insert image icon. click on it, follow directions . Thats it.
