I have finally found a stock rear draft tube for my 292, but there are two different tube to choose from,

One has a slow curve to it and the other one is more 90 degrees and straight.

Which one do I need / It will be installed on a 1956 Ford F100 with a 292 engine and 3 speed manual transmission.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. as I do not really want to have to by both of them.

Thanks

Dave

Howdy,

If someone hasn't already suggested it, you might consider installing a PCV system instead of the draft tube.

Not only will it run just fine, but you'll leave less oil on the garage floor, under the car, and you won't be breathing crankcase oil vapor and other blow-by products every time you open the hood or sit at a stop sign.......!! The draft tube hole on my 292 is capped.

Do a thread search here and you'll find all sorts of people talking about it. There's really no downside...

Cheers,

Rick
