I got Fatmans spindles on my 55 and one tire rubbed when turing, when washing it today I noticed one tire stuck out further then the other so it looks like one was made wrong.  I did some research and found disc brake kits for the original spindles so when it gets a Y block it will also get the original spindles put back on.

Check your rims, you probably have one with an incorrect offset. Measure the distance from the back of the rim to the hub centre and compare with other side.

Did the tire rub or the rim rub as the original 55 rims have a deeper drop inside the rim than rims designed for disc brakes.

Switch the rims side for side and see if it changes! Should be a simple way to see if it's in the wheels. Chuck in NH
