Trying to get initial timing before breaking in the cam, I reached a dilemma. I'm not sure which is the compression and exhaust stroke... I took off the passenger side valve cover, and am on TDC. I'm confused because it looks like on the heads, the exhaust and intake valves alternate. Am I right? If I am, I have the timing down at 5 degrees, I know it should be at like 12, but I just want to get the came broken in.
