Will a damaged PCV adversely affect the engine operation. When I put the car away last fall I had a lot of blowout from the oil fill tube, not sure for how long. The PCV was not working so I had nothing being vented. Put a new PCV in Friday and the performance is very noticeable and I wasn't running quite as hot, could this be the reason everything is better or just a coincidence. Gary
