Hi Y guys I've been looking for an old style aftermarket set of 15" hubcaps that used to be popular in the '60s. From the edge of the wheel they dip down into the wheel about an 1 1/2" then rise up to a point in the middle of the hubcap. Looked kind of like a '57 Plymouth cap but they were smooth and all chrome. Kids used to call them chrome cones. There is a 13" set on ebay but the guy can't get them in 15s. New or used any help would be appreciated. Thanks Midwest Mike

Mike..........The caps you describe are actually 57 Plymouth. They were completely smooth and chrome. The caps that are almost the same, but have some little indentations around the outer circumference are 58.Both styles show up on ebay fairly often.

IIRC, places like Night Prowlers, Hot Rod & Custom supply, and Hot Rods of Norco used to carry those not too long ago. have you tried them?
