I'm been having problems with ISP's so I have been using AOL and Internet explorer.  AOL works ok, but when on IE the sign in won't accept either the email address or the password It doesn't say which.  Any suggestions

Paul.  I passed your login problem to Jim and here’s what he said:

Jim (07/28/2010)
I'm wondering what version of IE he is running?  Sounds like it may be caching something.  The fact that it does work fine through the AOL browser says that it is not a problem with the server access.  He might want to download Firefox and give that a go.  I don't even use IE because there are a lot of bugs in it.  We have several apps at work that specify using Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, etc as IE is problematic.

And from my end, I’m not much going to be any help for that particular problem.  I use either IE or MF (Mozilla Firefox) and don’t experience that particular login issue.  For myself, site lockups seem to predominate all other issues and keeps me from even viewing posts.  If the site freezes, then I typically just take a pass and wait till the next day to get back on.

Thanks - I usually use Firefox but that has gone sour on me as far as accessing sites.  Caling a computer whiz in to try to fix.
