Hi guys just joined this site today. It seems to have a gold mine of info. Right now I am in need of that knowledge. I have a 56 F100 with 292 in it. I had it running and driving it a few months ago. I put in new fuel line ,new fuel pump, new Edelbrock Carb.,Fuel filter etc. Ran great. Today I was taking it to a car show and it wouldn't start. Checked fuel and it was in the filter but it seemed that none was getting to the carb. So, I started taking off things. Fuel is coming out the fuel line at the filter just enough to tell its coming out not a steady stream or a forceful one. This is a new pump without the vacuum ports. Everything seems normal except the fuel flow from the fuel line.  Does this mean what I think it does? A new pump. I have the old pump and it was working fine. only been put about 2 months. Can I use this one. I know very little about the Y block motor. So, I come to you guys with novice questions. Thanks in advance . David Duncan
