Greenbird 56, thanks for the hook up with the pics and contact to Bird55, it showed what I wanted but still had some questions for Bird55 on my other post. Couldn't of gotten this far without ya.

Yummm, You guys are comparing apples and oranges, An AOD and a FMX are two completely different animals. The AOD adjustment is critical to the life of the trans. Just my 1¢.

Thanks, I found If I swap carb spacers from 1/2" to 1" I will only loss a little power on the bottom end and the bracket will clear. Do you have any pics of the actual connection of the Lokar TV and kickdown cables married to the 4150 series Holley carb? My street avenger doesn't seem to match up.

I answered this in another post, but the bracket would not fit on my Lokar cable (FMX tranny) so I fabbed up an "L" bracket off the rear, drivers side, carb stud to secure the cable. works great!
I love the smell of burning rubber in the morning!

I used a Lokar cable for the kick down on my FMX. It took a bit of trial and error, but I simply made a "L" bracket off the rear, drivers side, carb mounting stud to secure the cable. Works great!

Hi, I'm a site newby,
I have a new Holley Street avenger carb and a Ford AOD Trans w/ B&M Mega shift
I bought the Lokar TLV cable with Kick down Cable and the SRK-400 bracket. This bracket doesn't fit with the original ECG manifold on my 57 312,is there any way I can use my original bell crank? or a 56 maybe. I'm open to suggestions.
